The pitch

Hotels, dhabas and shops in Amritsar hire staff through word of mouth, and many workers leave within a month. We are building a hiring app for blue-collar jobs in Punjab, in Punjabi and Hindi, where workers can apply with a voice note instead of a CV. Two of us started in 2023, and 50 businesses in Amritsar are testing it. GST registered. Raising _20 lakh to finish the app and launch in Ludhiana and Jalandhar.
