Five Companies Set to Launch IPOs Next Week, Targeting Nearly Rs 2,600 Crore

India’s primary market is preparing for another busy week, with five companies planning to raise nearly Rs 2,600 crore through initial public offerings (IPOs) between October 26 and October 29, 2026. The upcoming issues span sectors such as alternative investments, polymers, steel processing, wastewater management and jewellery retail.

EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies and M K Sons Fine Jewels are among the companies preparing to tap the market. BLS Polymers and Bombay Coated and Special Steels will also launch their public offerings.

Meanwhile, several other businesses, including Gujarat Victory Forging, Milestone Gears, Avaada Electro, Swara Baby Products, Integris Medtech and AGS Health, are awaiting their turn to enter the public market.

According to merchant bankers, these companies are expected to announce their IPO price bands and launch schedules by November 5. Their intentions coincide with Gujarat's extended Diwali holiday, which may have an impact on market activity due to the celebration of Labh Pancham from November 6 to November 15.

The upcoming offerings follow an active month for India's primary market, which recently saw Jio Platforms launch a Rs 30,213-crore public issue, the country's largest IPO to date.

So far in 2026, 104 companies have collectively raised more than Rs 1.4 lakh crore through IPOs, highlighting the continued momentum in the primary market.

The latest round of offerings will give investors an opportunity to consider businesses across several industries. Companies are using public listings to secure funds for expansion, working capital and debt repayment, while some existing shareholders are looking to sell part of their holdings.

EAAA India Alternatives: Rs 1,200 Crore IPO

EAAA India Alternatives, which operates under Edelweiss Financial Services, will open its Rs 1,200-crore IPO for subscription on October 26. The issue will close on October 28.

A price range of Rs 1,585 to Rs 1,665 per share has been established by the firm. At the upper end of the band, its valuation is estimated at Rs 10,765 crore.

The offering consists entirely of an offer for sale (OFS) by the Edelweiss Group. As a result, the company will not receive any proceeds from the IPO, with the funds going to the selling shareholder.

Ahead of the public issue, EAAA India Alternatives has raised approximately Rs 360 crore from anchor investors.

SFC Environmental Technologies: Rs 668 Crore IPO

SFC Environmental Technologies, a provider of wastewater treatment solutions, will launch its Rs 668-crore IPO, with subscriptions closing on October 29.

A price range of Rs 313 to Rs 330 per share has been set by the business. At the upper end of the range, its valuation stands at approximately Rs 3,233 crore.

The issue includes a fresh share offering worth Rs 150 crore, along with an OFS of up to 1.57 crore shares by promoters and existing shareholders.

The company intends to pay off debt and meet its working capital requirements with the proceeds from the new offering.

M K Sons Fine Jewels: Rs 275.4 Crore IPO

Jewellery retailer M K Sons Fine Jewels Ltd will open its Rs 275.4-crore IPO on October 28. Until October 30, the matter will remain open.

A price range of Rs 153 to Rs 162 per share has been established by the firm.

The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 1.36 crore equity shares and an OFS of 34 lakh shares by promoter and selling shareholder Ramchand Murlidhar Raimalani.

The company plans to use the net funds to expand an existing shop in Gujarat and finance inventory for a new showroom in Maharashtra. The funds will also go towards repaying or prepaying certain borrowings and meeting general corporate expenses.

BLS Polymers: Rs 255 Crore IPO

BLS Polymers Ltd will open its Rs 255-crore public offering on October 27, with the subscription window closing on October 29.

A price range of Rs 142 to Rs 150 per share has been established by the firm. A new issue of 1.7 crore equity shares is part of its IPO.

A portion of the proceeds will be used to expand the company's manufacturing facility and increase production capacity. The company has earmarked Rs 77.56 crore for this purpose.

Another Rs 89.5 crore will be allocated to working capital requirements, while the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Bombay Coated and Special Steels: IPO of Rs 183.1 Crore

On October 29, Bombay Coated and Special Steels Ltd. will begin its Rs 183.1-crore initial public offering. The issue is scheduled to close on November 2.

A price range of Rs 78 to Rs 82 per share has been set by the firm. The entire transaction will be a new issue of equity shares, thus the company will get the funds.

Of the funds raised, Rs 125 crore is intended for the repayment or prepayment of certain borrowings. Additionally, under current lease agreements with Siemens Financial Services, the company intends to set aside Rs 15.7 crore for the purchase of capital equipment.

The remaining funds will be utilized for standard business operations.

Primary Market Activity Remains Strong

The five upcoming IPOs reflect continued activity in India's public markets, with companies from different sectors seeking capital for business growth, operational requirements and financial restructuring.

The pipeline of additional offerings suggests that market activity could remain elevated in the coming weeks. Several companies are still preparing their IPO plans, although their launch dates and pricing details are yet to be announced.

With more businesses exploring public listings and investors assessing opportunities across industries, the coming weeks are expected to bring further developments in India's primary market.
