Tata Neu brings together shopping, travel and payments from Tata brands in one app, with NeuCoins as the shared loyalty currency that customers earn and redeem across those brands. The CRM and loyalty team is responsible for how we talk to customers after they sign up: what offers they see, which reminders they get, and how we bring inactive users back.
