Had Installation Issues [UPDATE: RESOLVED]
Initially gave 1 star due to installation problems. But support team worked with me for 2 days and resolved everything. Now its working perfectly. Their dedication to customer success is commendable. Changing my experience to positive. The product is actually very good once properly set up!
