Good platform with room for customization
Urban Better is a solid platform for home services. The core features work excellently - booking system, payment processing, and provider management are top-notch. I needed some custom modifications which the team helped with. The one-time payment model is much better than monthly SaaS fees. A few UI tweaks would make it perfect, but overall very happy with the purchase.
