Decent CRM, Does the Job
We switched from spreadsheets to Cloud Prospects for our recruitment agency. It is definitely an improvement! Contact management and deal pipeline work as expected. UI could be more modern, but functionality is solid. The price point is reasonable considering you get mobile apps too. If you are looking for a straightforward CRM without bells and whistles, this fits the bill.
