Features toh bahut hai but customization me help chahiye hoti hai. Self service thoda mushkil hai technical part me. Support team helpful hai though. Agar aap patient ho to achha platform hai.

Initial Setup Challenging

Had difficult time in beginning - too many configuration options without clear guidance. Spent whole week trying to figure out. Finally contacted support and they helped tremendously. They should include detailed video walkthroughs for setup. Once configured though, the platform works well and has good features. Customers like the mobile apps especially. Just wish initial experience was smoother.
