Support team is incredibly responsive
Had some integration questions during setup. The Heloix team responded on WhatsApp within 2 hours and even did a screen share session to help configure OneSignal notifications. Not many products offer this level of post-purchase support. The product itself is excellent, but the support experience made me a loyal customer. Already bought 2 more products from them!
