Expected more advanced features
Platform is too basic for our requirements. We need sophisticated analytics, API access for integrations, and white-glove customization which this platform does not offer at this price point. If you are looking for a plug-and-play simple solution, this might work. But for organizations needing advanced capabilities and deep customization, look elsewhere. Support is helpful but cannot add features that do not exist.
