Challenging Start, Excellent Recovery!
Original 1-star was due to Play Store approval delays (actually Google's process, not their fault). The Heloix team didn't give up - they worked directly with Google, fixed all compliance issues, and got our apps approved. Even provided temporary web app so we could start taking orders immediately! That level of dedication is rare. Platform is excellent, features are great, customers love it. The initial stress was worth it. Already recommended to 2 friends! Keep the 1-star rating as a reminder of the journey, but experience now is 5-star! 🙏
