Initial Setup Was Challenging - UPDATE: Now Working Great!
UPDATE (After 1 month): I'm updating my review because the support team really came through. What seemed like major issues initially were resolved with proper server configuration. The platform is now running smoothly, and I'm actually impressed with the features. The team spent hours helping me get everything right. Campaigns are running well now. I appreciate their dedication to customer success. Changing my experience from frustrating to positive. Still learning all features but it's working as advertised now. Props to the support team!
