This is comprehensive platform with many features. It took considerable time to learn and configure everything. Admin panel has so many options that it can be overwhelming initially. But team provided good support during setup. Once you understand everything, it becomes manageable. The customer-facing side is simple and works well. It's doing the job but there's definitely a learning curve involved. Overall okay for the investment.
