My mother is from Hyderabad, and in 2022 we started making Hyderabadi pickles, like gongura, avakaya and chicken pickle, in our home kitchen in Faridabad. Funnily enough, most of our 428+ customers are in Telangana, mostly people who say our pickles taste like what their grandmothers made. Two of us run it. Raising _8 lakh to get the FSSAI licence and buy better packaging so we can ship across India.
