We started a homestay booking marketplace in Guwahati in 2021. We have over 7,200 active users across 4 states and FY26 revenue was about ₹23 lakh. Operationally breakeven since 2025. We take a 16% commission on transactions. 13 people on payroll. Health reasons on the founder's side mean we need to step back. Includes supplier contracts, website and brand, with 2 months of transition support.
