The platform itself is quite good with all necessary features. My issue was with the response time from customer service during the setup phase. It sometimes took 24-48 hours to get replies. However, once the platform was live, everything works well. The trading system is solid and users are satisfied. Just wish the support was more prompt. Still, it's a good platform that does what it promises.
