Absolutely! 85% of our team works remotely across 12 countries. We have our main sales office in Pune (India) and a development center in Hathras (India) for those who prefer hybrid work. All meetings are async-friendly with recordings available.
We offer competitive global salaries benchmarked against top-tier tech companies. All full-time employees receive equity packages. Compensation ranges: $60K-$150K+ based on role and experience, plus equity and bonuses.
