Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters roasts specialty coffee from Indian estates, sold online and through its cafes. More people in India are brewing coffee at home now, with French presses, pour-overs, AeroPresses and moka pots, and we'd love to see what home brewers do with our beans. We'll send you a selection of freshly roasted coffee (choose your grind or whole bean). Brew it your way and share the process: your setup, recipe, tasting notes and which coffee you liked best. A cold brew or iced coffee recipe is welcome as the weather allows. Casual is fine. A calm morning ritual video can work as well as a detailed brew guide. What we'd like: 1 Reel featuring your brew; 1-2 Stories with tasting notes; Tag Blue Tokai and mention the estate or blend. This is a barter collaboration: you keep the coffee, and there's no fee for this round. Coffee enthusiasts, food and cafe creators, and slow-living or morning-routine creators are all welcome.
