Clinics On Cloud Raises ₹120 Cr to Take Its Health ATMs to Global Markets

Pune-based healthtech startup Clinics On Cloud has raised ₹120 Cr (approximately $12.5 Mn) in a Series A funding round led by Model42, the medtech investment arm of UAE-based Enlightened Minds Investments. The investment values the company at around ₹600 Cr ($63.3 Mn).

Founded in 2018, Clinics On Cloud plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its technology, expand its manufacturing capabilities and take its healthcare solutions to more international markets.

## Funding to Drive Technology and Expansion

The startup will direct a portion of the funding towards improving its AI-led healthcare capabilities and expanding its research and development (R&D) operations. It also plans to accelerate the growth of its micro-clinic network.

Other priorities include increasing manufacturing capacity, building stronger partnerships with healthcare providers and expanding its international presence.

The investment comes as Clinics On Cloud looks to make preventive healthcare more accessible, particularly in areas where traditional healthcare infrastructure may be limited.

“For eight years, we have built Clinics On Cloud with a simple belief that quality healthcare should never depend on someone’s pincode. This investment gives us the opportunity to take that vision global,” said cofounder and CEO Abhay Agarwal.

## How Clinics On Cloud Is Making Healthcare More Accessible

Established in 2018 by Abhay Agarwal and Manashrri Agarwal, Clinics On Cloud develops and deploys AI-powered health ATMs, portable box clinics and mobile medical units.

These solutions are designed to provide preventive health screenings and telemedicine consultations at the point of care. They allow hospitals and government agencies to establish temporary micro-clinics without depending entirely on conventional healthcare facilities.

The company's health ATMs bring multiple screening services together in a compact setup, while its portable clinics and mobile medical units can support healthcare delivery in different locations.

Clinics On Cloud claims to have completed more than 3,500 deployments across 200 cities in India and seven other countries. Its solutions have been used to screen over 1.2 Cr patients.

The company also counts the Indian Army, Navy and Border Security Force (BSF) among its customers.

## UAE to Become the Base for Global Expansion

With its latest funding, Clinics On Cloud plans to use the UAE as its central hub for international expansion.

From there, it aims to explore opportunities across Africa, the United States and Southeast Asia. Strengthening its manufacturing operations and partnerships with healthcare providers will be important as it enters new markets.

The expansion strategy also reflects the company's ambition to take its micro-clinic model beyond India and serve regions where access to preventive healthcare and medical screening remains a challenge.

## Healthtech Funding Picks Up

Clinics On Cloud's fundraise comes at a time when investor interest in India's healthtech sector is gaining momentum, supported in part by the growing adoption of artificial intelligence in healthcare.

In September 2026, smart ring maker Ultrahuman raised $70 Mn to strengthen its integrated healthtech business. In July, AI-powered healthtech startup CARPL.ai secured $10 Mn in a Series A round led by the International Finance Corporation (IFC).

Actor Kunal Kapoor also joined Ketto cofounders Varun Sheth and Zaheer Adenwala to launch healthtech startup MetaGO in July.

India's homegrown healthtech market is projected to become a $37 Bn opportunity by 2030, creating room for companies working across healthcare technology, diagnostics, preventive screening and digital care delivery.

For Clinics On Cloud, the ₹120 Cr investment marks an important step towards scaling its healthcare infrastructure model internationally. Its ability to expand deployments, strengthen its technology and build partnerships in new markets will be key to turning that ambition into reality.
