Was frustrated initially because app was not syncing (forgot to enable cloud sync in settings). Support team patiently walked me through the setup. Turns out the platform is very powerful, just needed to configure properly. Now everything works perfectly across all devices. The features are actually impressive. Rating reflects my initial frustration but please read this - the product is genuinely good. My bad!
