We started with 30 drivers in one city. Now at 500+ drivers across 4 cities. The microservices architecture handled the scaling without any architectural changes. Each service scales independently — the booking service, tracking service, payment service, notification service — all run separately in Docker containers. No single point of failure. This is how serious ride-hailing platforms should be built.
