Our hiring time dropped from 3 weeks to 5 days

I run HR for a 200-person company. Our average time-to-hire was 21 days. After implementing Findona, it dropped to 5 days. The automated pipeline, instant candidate filtering, and structured interviews eliminated all the back-and-forth that was killing our speed. Great candidates don't wait 3 weeks — now we don't make them.
