The cloud-based architecture means I can monitor my restaurant from anywhere. Real-time updates, sales reports, inventory status - everything at my fingertips. The system never goes down, uptime is excellent. Setup was painless and training was comprehensive.

Good system but had some initial hiccups

The concept and features are great. Initially faced some issues with email notifications setup which support team fixed. Once everything was configured properly, system works fine. If you have patience during setup, you will be happy. Just requires some technical setup initially despite being advertised as no-tech-needed.
