My Mistake - Product is Actually Great

Gave 1 star initially because I thought the system wasn't recording attendance properly. Turned out I had set up the shift timings wrongly during configuration. Support team pointed this out very politely and helped me fix it. Actually the system is very accurate and powerful. Sorry for the hasty review - user error, not product error!
