Had issues but support is helping resolve

Initial setup was very problematic for me. Apps took longer to publish than expected. Email configuration was confusing. However, I must say the support team is actively working with me to resolve everything. Updating review: They fixed most issues now. System is starting to work better. Maybe my server had compatibility issues. Support deserves credit for persistence. Keeping 1 star for now but might update to 4 stars once everything is fully stable. EDIT: Now working much better after fixes!

Impressed with support

Bought it for my bakery chain. What impressed me most is the support - they set up everything, uploaded to Play Store, trained my staff, and are available whenever we have questions. The software itself is excellent too with all features we need!
