Update: They Fixed All My Concerns!

I left a 1-star review last month due to data migration issues. The company took it seriously and their technical team worked directly with us to resolve everything. They even added features we requested. The system now works perfectly! This shows they care about customers. Can't change my rating but want others to know they're responsive and committed to customer satisfaction!

Not ready for enterprise use yet

We have 500+ daily visitors and system couldn't handle the load. Frequent crashes during peak hours. Was told it's because we need dedicated server setup which wasn't mentioned before. Concept is solid but execution for high-volume operations needs work. Small offices might be okay but not for large scale yet.
