The pitch

Payroll at most small factories and shops around Chandigarh is still done by a local accountant on an Excel sheet, and PF and ESI mistakes come up every other month. We are building a simple attendance and payroll app that connects to the biometric machines these businesses already have. I ran HR operations at a manufacturing unit in Mohali for 8 years, my co-founder handles the tech. We started this year and 28 businesses in Chandigarh are using it free as part of our pilot. Raising _30 lakh to finish the compliance module and move pilot users to paid plans.
