WhatoGo – WhatsApp Marketing & Automation SaaS Platform with AI, Bots & Bulk Messaging

AI chatbot handles 80% of customer queries automatically

We get 200+ WhatsApp messages daily from customers asking about pricing, availability, and delivery status. The AI chatbot now handles 80% of these automatically — accurate, instant, contextual responses. My support team of 4 only deals with complex cases now. We effectively tripled our support capacity without hiring anyone. The AI is genuinely smart, not just keyword matching.
