We are a Bangalore-based provider of contract management software for in-house legal teams, operating since 2023. 115 businesses on the platform in Tamil Nadu; revenue is still small (about ₹53,000 last year). About 6 of them are on paid plans and the rest use the free tier. Still loss-making, although losses have narrowed over the last two quarters. We employ 13 people. The founder is moving back to the family business, hence the sale.
