Excellent platform, minor learning curve

The platform has everything we needed - web, mobile apps, multi-vendor system. Setup took us about a week because we wanted to customize certain elements. Documentation is comprehensive but could use more video tutorials. Once set up, it runs like clockwork. The admin panel is intuitive. Customer support team is responsive. Lost one star only because initial setup required some technical knowledge, but overall fantastic product for the price.
