Initial Issues but Support Saved the Day - Updating to 4 Stars

UPDATE: Changing my initial review from 1 star. Initially faced several setup issues and was frustrated. However, the support team reached out proactively, scheduled a call, and personally helped configure everything correctly. Now platform is running smoothly for 2 months. The technical team is genuinely committed to customer success. Issues were due to my server configuration, not the product. Appreciating the support quality! Will update rating soon.

QR Scanner Feature is Phenomenal

The ticket scanning system alone is worth the purchase price. During our tech conference with 800 attendees, the QR scanner processed entries in under a second each. Zero duplicate tickets got through. Our venue staff said it was the smoothest check-in they have ever managed. The dedicated scanner role keeps things simple for event staff.

Feature-rich but needs commitment

Honest review: This is not a basic software you can start using in 5 minutes. It's comprehensive and powerful which means you need to invest time learning. We spent 2 weeks getting comfortable with all features. But once you cross that, it's incredible. Worth the learning curve!
