The pitch

NBFCs and small finance banks spend a fortune on call centres for EMI reminders and collections. We build AI voice agents that make these calls in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and other languages and pass difficult cases to human agents. Since 2017 our system has handled calls for 3,26,009+ customers of our lending clients across India. We started in Vadodara and are now a team of 200. We are raising _15 crore in Series A to grow into insurance renewals and banking customer service.
