The pitch

People buying plots and flats in Mohali, Zirakpur and New Chandigarh often find out about title problems only after paying. We are building a service where buyers get a full title and approvals check done by a lawyer and a surveyor, with a clear report in 7 days. We started in 2022 and are piloting with 39 buyers in Chandigarh. Two of us, one a property lawyer. Raising _30 lakh to digitise the process and build a referral network with banks.
