From hiring to retirement, simplified

The pitch

Startups in Bangalore hire 5 or 10 people at a time and have no HR team, so offer letters, onboarding and PF registration all go wrong. We want to build a simple onboarding tool for companies under 50 people that handles offer letters, documents and statutory registrations in one flow. Both of us worked as HR managers at funded startups. We registered the company in 2023 and are still talking to founders to understand the problem. Raising _9 lakh to build the first version.
