About this business

We started an AI tool that extracts data from invoices and KYC documents in Mumbai in 2019. Around 1,600 registered businesses across 4 states; ARR is about ₹6 lakh. About 61 of them are on paid plans and the rest use the free tier. Still loss-making, although losses have narrowed over the last two quarters. We employ 13 people. Offering a 30% stake to a strategic investor to fund expansion into South India; the founders will continue to run the business.
