Pozlo has an incredible feature set. Honestly, it took us about a week to fully understand all capabilities. But that's actually good - it means the system is comprehensive. Once our team got trained, we realized how powerful it is. The custom fields, email templates, automation - everything is there. Would be 5 stars once we utilize all features fully.
