Had initial challenges but support resolved everything

First week was frustrating with setup issues. Was about to give up. BUT the support team stepped in, did remote setup, trained our staff properly. Now its working perfectly! Sometimes systems need proper configuration. Giving honest rating for initial experience but must say final result is actually very good. Update after 2 months: Changed my mind completely, everything running smoothly. Maybe they should improve initial setup process.
