The pitch

Students and young professionals moving to Ahmedabad pay one month's rent as brokerage for a PG or a shared flat, and half the listings online are fake. We are building a rental app with only verified listings, where every room is visited by our team before it goes live. Two of us started in 2025, and 11 tenants have found rooms through us in our pilot. Raising _20 lakh to build the app and cover areas around Navrangpura and SG Highway.
