We started an email and WhatsApp marketing automation tool in Nagpur in 2021. We have over 9,500 businesses on the platform across 4 states and FY26 revenue was about ₹38 lakh. About 375 of them are on paid plans and the rest use the free tier. Profitable, with net margins of around 10%. 11 people on payroll. Offering a 20% stake to a strategic investor to fund expansion into the GCC market; the founders will continue to run the business.
