GIVA raises over $100 million in funding led by multiples PE

Multiple alternate asset managment along with its co investors, has led a $100 Million plus funding round in fine jewelery brand GIVA. The company planned tp expand its retail network, strenghthen manufacturing capabilities and scake its omnichannel presence.

The company is also expanding its retail network to over 1,000 outlets in next 3-5 years, according to press conference.

GIVA is an Indian jewellery company founded in 2019 by Ishendra Agarwal. It sells silver, gold and lab-grown diamond jewellery through its website, physical stores and online shopping platforms. The company raised $28 million through debt funding in May 2026 to support its business expansion. It currently operates more than 400 stores across India and Sri Lanka and plans to expand further into different cities.

GIVA reported revenue of approximately ₹865 crore in FY26 and stated that it achieved an average annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 70% during the past three years. In FY25, its revenue increased by 89% to ₹518 crore. However, its losses also increased by 22% to ₹72 crore, showing that the company is growing but still needs to manage its expenses better.

The company plans to use the new funding to hire experienced professionals, improve its manufacturing facilities and open more stores. GIVA faces competition from jewellery brands such as BlueStone, CaratLane, Tanishq, Melorra and Palmonas.

Overall, GIVA is expanding rapidly and gaining a stronger position in the jewellery market. Its increasing revenue and growing number of stores show positive business growth. However, its main challenge is to control expenses, manage its debt and turn its growing revenue into profits.
